Unsurprising Bad News
Well, North Korea claims that it has built nuclear weapons. Since most countries like to deny that they have nuclear weapons, I am inclined to believe them. Let us note that this a hideously poor country. How long before some Al Qaeda cash finds its way to purchase a bomb, some excess plutonium, or an expert or two?
